Paul Robson
Paul Robson | Technical Specialist Product Development

“With over 20 years engineering experience designing electrified systems across automotive, aerospace and motorsport industries, I can honestly say Petalite is one of the most exciting places I’ve ever worked.

Here you have the power to make an impact, we are overcoming technical obstacles and innovating at pace.  It’s a creative and inventive environment where we are challenging known technology – so every day is energising.”

Lizzie Ingram
Lizzie Ingram | Brand and Design Strategist

“I have been with Petalite since early 2021 when we first began to build the business team. There was no doubt that Petalite was firmly in the right place at the right time to bring something new to the EV charging market. I spent my first months purely learning about our game-changing technology from our engineers, as well as the technology already deployed in the market globally.

I feel honoured to have been part of Petalite’s journey from its early R&D and start-up days. I’m really looking forward to seeing what happens next as we scale-up and commercialise.”

Faizan
Faizan Mahmood | Engineering Technician

“Petalite has given me a great opportunity to develop my career as an engineer. As a young person who had left college, I enrolled on the UK government’s Kickstarter programme and was offered an opportunity at Petalite. One of my proudest moments was the opportunity to work on the first prototype DC charger with the experienced engineers I could learn from.

When my Kickstarter contract finished, I was offered a full-time, permanent position and the opportunity to continue training. I am now an Engineering Technician and support the engineering team by managing and setting up test equipment, operating out industrial 3D printers to create prototypes of our AC and DC chargers.”
